Ristop is designed to prevent the rise of salts and water in natural stone like marble , granite, quartzite, agglomerate and stone in general during the laying phase. This product must be applied on the inside of the slab or tile being laid on all the sides that will contact adhesives. Ristop is compatible with all types of adhesive used in the laying of natural stone tiles and does not affect the adhesion. We always recommend a test of the product before commencing. This product addresses the problem of rising stains, halos, rust or efflorescences caused by the prescence of impurities in the water or the disssolution of salts of any kind prescent in the stone material or the adhesive.RISTOP is clear and odourless and can be applied on marble, granite, quartzites and agglomerates. It works particularly well on white marble and natural stone used externally.

Application : RISTOP can be applied using a roller, brush or spray. A uniform coat of the product should be applied on all surfaces in contact with the laying adhesive. leave to dry for at least 6 Hrs.

Yield : Coverage will vary depending on the substate. As a guide we specify 1 litre of the product will cover 8/10 sqm. This can rise to 10/20 sqm for very compact materials.
